It seemed the day would never end. I had been at the hospital with Sweet Andrea for about 7 hours today. The first appointment never showed, and thank goodness it was for something totally different. I had the bone scans, the Cat scans and I have Stage 1 Cancer. It is an early cancer and detectable through the Biopsy, because of a strong willed man named Jerry. The doctor gave me four options to think about.
1.) To do nothing, wait, and see where it goes in the next two to three years. That was ruled out
2.) Radiation, I would go every four to five days for a month, and see if it cured the cancer. Think that one is a not go as well
3). Kryo - Which they freeze the Prostate and it stops the cells from growing.
4.) And the last one was a Full Prostectamy where they take the prostate out.
These are very hard decisions and i am going to take a couple weeks see a Radiologist and another opinion before I make up my mind. Today has been a long one so this post won't be.
